2、 Working principle of food freeze dryer

Analysis of drying stage: After sublimation drying is completed, there is still a small amount of unfrozen water remaining in the food. During the drying stage, further heating and vacuum treatment are used to remove residual moisture, reducing the moisture content of the food to below 2%. The temperature during the drying stage is usually controlled between 20 ℃ and 50 ℃, and the vacuum degree is maintained between 1Pa and 10Pa.
