The freeze-drying machine plate is an important structural component of the freeze-drying machine, and the plate area is usually used to determine the model of the freeze-drying machine, which is an important parameter of the freeze-drying machine. According to the different welding methods of the upper and lower panels and ribs of the board layer, the board layer can be named as plug welding board layer, C-type hook welding board layer, brazing board layer, and energy storage resistance welding board layer. Currently, these four types of board layers are commonly used in the market.
The freeze-drying machine is used in the processing of aloe vera freeze-drying powder, which can preserve nutrients while maintaining stability at room temperature, expanding the application of aloe vera freeze-drying powder products in fields such as food, beauty, health, medicine, and providing the utilization value of aloe vera. At present, freeze-drying machines have been widely used in the research and development and processing of biological products, pharmaceutical freeze-drying, traditional Chinese medicine freeze-drying, cosmetics freeze-drying, and probiotics freeze-drying.
What should be paid attention to when installing a vacuum freeze-drying machine
1. The vacuum pump is connected to the host through a vacuum pressure tube, and standard quick fixtures are used at both ends. The clamp is equipped with a rubber sealing ring. Before connecting, apply an appropriate amount of vacuum grease to the sealing ring, and then clamp the clamps at both ends.
2. There is a "main power" socket installed above the right board of the host, with one end of the power cord plugged in and the other end connected to a live power source. The other power socket of the vacuum pump is installed on the "main power" side and can be plugged into the power cord of the vacuum pump.
3. Please read the "Operation Manual" of the vacuum pump in detail, check the vacuum pump and ensure that the vacuum pump oil is fully filled. Do not run without oil, and the oil level should not be lower than the centerline of the oil mirror.
4. The O-ring above the cold trap should be kept clean, and a layer of vacuum grease can be evenly applied before use.
The material cooling of the freeze-drying machine and the cooling of the water replenisher (cold trap) are generally achieved through the same set of compressor refrigeration system. There are two cooling methods for the compressor itself: air cooling and water cooling. Generally, large freeze-drying machines use circulating water from a cooling pool combined with a water-cooled condenser for cooling. Small freeze-drying machines can basically be air-cooled.
The use of cleaning water is relatively short-term accompanied by high flow rate, so its consumption needs to be fully considered during the design of public facilities. It should be noted that CIP is unlikely to inject sufficient heat into the freeze-drying machine system to achieve drying after CIP, so the final drying of the box is usually achieved by relying on the steam energy during SIP after CIP.
