The design requirements for the automatic control system of the vacuum freeze-drying machine are simple to operate. Starting from the button of material insertion, the quick freezing vacuum sublimation drying is completed in one go, and it prompts to shut down and discharge the material after the freeze-drying is completed. The temperature and pressure control points should be carefully selected and reasonably controlled, and the correlation between quick freezing, vacuum holding, and heating should be appropriately controlled, with processes set for different materials.

The working principle of a small food freeze-drying machine is to use the sublimation principle to freeze and crystallize water containing food at low temperature into a solid state.
